Punjab is a state in northwest India. The Indian state borders the Pakistani province of Punjab to the west, Jammu and Kashmir to the north, Himachal Pradesh to the northeast, Chandigarh to the east, Haryana to the south and southeast and Rajasthan to the southwest. Punjab's capital is Chandigarh, which is administered separately as a Union Territory since it is also the capital of neighboring Haryana. Agriculture is the largest industry in Punjab; it is the largest single provider of wheat to India. Others major industries include the manufacture of scientific instruments, electrical goods, financial services, machine tools, textiles, sewing machines, sports goods, starch, tourism, fertilizers, bicycles, garments, and the processing of pine oil and sugar. Punjab is considered to have the best infrastructure in India; this includes road, rail, air and river transport links that are extensive throughout the region. Punjab also has the lowest poverty rate and lowest level of hunger in India.

At present there are 18 workers working in 72 villages in Hoshiarpur District. There are 450 Baptized believers in our fields. 1075 believers worship the Lord in 34 different worship groups. 1197 people gather to study the Word of God every week. Three Church buildings were constructed in punjab.

My name is Sabnam. My wife was very sick lady. She was not even able to walk. The medicines did  nothing. One day I took her to the prayer meeting, where Bro. John Masih was sharing the word of God and praying for the sick people. I shared my wife’s problem and he prayed for her. The same moment the Lord touched and healed her completely. Now she is able to walk and run and do all her works by herself.
